do you make your products? Generally we manufacture the mould and products in Asia under control of our engineering team. The reason is keep strict quality and save production costs. |

What if you need to change your product design or other specifications? We can build component pieces by OEM or ODM, meaning that we can source or manufacture in your label. Like all manufactured products, our customers must be able to change and improve upon their products or processes to remain competitive and marketable, so we can integrate these changes into our production lines both accurately and effectively. |

consistently? Our quality procedures begin with understanding and implementing all your specific requirements. about the legal complications? The process of manufacturing products offshore does require knowledge of certain international laws such as country of origin markings, etc. we readily share our knowledge with our customers. |

if you need tooling? Who makes the molds and who owns them?
Tooling is an integral part of producing any product, the production of tooling in Asia is much like it is in your country, but the cost is generally much less. For this reason, we find that many of our customers prefer to design tooling in their country. and then transfer the designs to Asia for assembly. And when tooling is paid for by the customer, it is the property of the customer. We pro-vide for maintenance of the customer-owned tooling in our possession, and we will return the tooling to the customer. |

if your product is highly sophisticated? Our engineers and management have years of experience in building a wide range of products, including highly sophisticated products. Our factories also utilize some of the most modern equipment available for sophisticated components. |

What
about quantity? Are you subject to minimum purchase orders?
To minimize freight costs, we suggest shipping the majority of our products by the container or we prefer that your product meet a certain size to value ratio. To cover start-up costs and tooling, the typical order for manufacturing should be reasonable quantity, or perhaps it depends on your annual delivery program. Depending upon the circumstances, however, we can also ship products by air. We usually do so when speed of delivery is important. |
